What happens if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, you might be entitled to a partial refund:

  • More than 30 days prior to the event start date: you can request a 90% refund; we retain 10% to cover the cost of processing your purchase
  • Less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior: you can request a 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: no refund available, however you can transfer your ticket (see below)


What happens if the event details change?

If the event is cancelled, rescheduled or the location is changed you can request a refund in full.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, absolutely! As long as the person that will be replacing you meets the attendance requirements (where applicable) then you are welcome to transfer your place on the training/event/workshop. Simply drop us an email and we will arrange for the name on the ticket to be changed.
